Kim Jones (MA, CSCS, USAW), aka: Jones Strength, is a renowned performance coach and IFBB Pro Figure competitor based in Los Angeles, California. She has an impressive roster of clients including Professional athletes, Division I athletes, Weekend Warriors, and Hollywood Actors and Singers in the entertainment industry.

Kim has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at both the collegiate and high school level. Movement is her passion. The goals of her training sessions are to improving posture, breathing and dysfunctional movement. If these are reached, strength gains will follow.
